These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", or "you") and 1988rice ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 1988rice online gaming platform, accessible at https://1988rice.cam ("the Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1988rice reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account on the 1988rice Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporate entity for the purpose of gambling.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion programme, whether applied through 1988rice or any third-party responsible gambling authority.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the lawfulness of your participation in online gambling in your applicable jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 1988rice or any affiliated entity.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed above. You further agree to notify 1988rice immediately if your circumstances change such that you no longer satisfy these requirements.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 1988rice will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

You must notify 1988rice support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach via our live chat or email at [email protected].

All deposits and withdrawals on the 1988rice Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking / DuitNow: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Online, DuitNow, FPX
• Bank Wire Transfer: Direct interbank transfers to nominated Malaysian bank accounts

Minimum deposit: RM30. Maximum deposit: RM30,000 per transaction, subject to your applicable VIP tier limits. Minimum withdrawal is RM50.

All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Estimated processing times are: E-Wallets under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX 5–15 minutes; Bank Wire Transfer 15–60 minutes. These are indicative estimates and may vary depending on the payment provider or banking system conditions outside 1988rice's control.

Player funds are held in designated accounts separate from 1988rice's operational funds. We do not use player balances for business purposes.

1988rice may, at its sole discretion, offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• All Bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings accumulated during the bonus period are subject to a Maximum Bet cap, typically RM250–RM500 per bet or spin, as stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Game contribution rates apply: slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of activation. Uncompleted Wagering Requirements on expired Bonuses will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• Each promotion is limited to one (1) claim per Player, household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 1988rice reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time with or without prior notice in the event of suspected abuse or technical error.

Players who are found to have engaged in Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting Wagering Requirements, or exploiting system errors — will have their Bonus and associated winnings voided and their accounts suspended.

All bets and wagers placed on the 1988rice Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the relevant game interface:

• Bets placed and confirmed by the system are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, 1988rice's server-side records shall be the authoritative source for determining the outcome of any affected bet.
• All game outcomes for slots and instant games are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Theoretical Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent long-run statistical averages.
• For sports betting, odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• 1988rice reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or under technical error conditions. Affected Players will be notified and stakes returned in full.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet type and per game. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1988rice Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or for any other purpose that could constitute money laundering under applicable law.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim the same promotion; hedging strategies designed to negate risk while meeting Wagering Requirements; and abuse of referral programs.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the Platform.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a chargeback with your payment provider for any deposit made to 1988rice.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.

All content on the 1988rice Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, databases, and data compilations — is the property of 1988rice or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 1988rice.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's content or intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1988rice and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to system failure; interruption of service; unauthorised access to your account by third parties; or decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 1988rice endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.

In any event, 1988rice's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1988rice is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting vulnerable players. The following Responsible Gambling tools are available to all registered Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from accessing the Platform.

1988rice reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements under Section 3.
• Engagement in any form of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A request by regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Legitimate player balances (deposited funds not subject to active Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding investigation, subject to AML and fraud checks.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by submitting a request to our support team. Voluntary closures for self-exclusion purposes will be treated with the utmost priority and processed immediately.

1988rice reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Players via their registered email address.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable online gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact 1988rice's customer support team to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may submit the matter to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution process. 1988rice is committed to resolving Player disputes fairly and expeditiously.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 1988rice from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any actual or threatened breach of these Terms.
